What do I need to prepare for my appointment

Our groomer will arrive fully equipped with all necessary tools, including a grooming table, tools, and a portable shower hose. Please ensure there’s a room in your house that can accommodate a 2×4 table and has sufficient lighting. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a couple of towels available for use during the grooming session.

Which locations do you cover?

We serve Manhattan and Brooklyn. Please verify if we travel to your area through our booking portal.

How long does the grooming appointment usually last?

grooming appointments take anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours. The exact time varies based on factors such as your pet’s condition, behavior, and the chosen service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both cash and credit card payments. Payment is required upon completion of the grooming session. You can pay through our secure portal.

Can I pay with cash and not provide my credit card information when booking?

Sorry, we require credit card information for all appointments and do not accept bookings without it. We don’t charge your credit card before the grooming session is completed. You’ll have the option to pay in cash afterwards.

Is it possible to tip my groomer?

Certainly! We’ve made it easy for you to express your gratitude through our payment process. Additionally, cash tips are always welcome.

What should I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule, just shoot us a text at 917-254-8117. However, please be aware that any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $75 fee.

Can I request only nail cutting for my dog?

No, we don’t offer standalone add-on services. Our services are bundled into packages.

Can I add nail cutting for my second dog if I order a full service?

Absolutely! If you order a full service for one dog, you can include nail cutting for your second dog as part of the package.

Do you offer grooming services for cats as well?

Sorry, we only groom dogs here! We don’t have the expertise to groom cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, or horses.

Can appointments be canceled due to weather conditions?

It always depends on the severity of the weather. We appreciate your understanding that extreme conditions such as heavy rain or snowfall may make it unsafe for our groomers to travel. While we strive to provide timely service, safety is our top priority. To ensure punctuality, most of the times our groomers utilize e-bikes to navigate around traffic and parking challenges.

Does the groomer clean up after the session?

Yes, absolutely! We make sure to tidy up the area after the session is complete. We kindly ask that you provide a vacuum or broom so we can efficiently remove any fur left behind.

Am I allowed to stay and watch during the grooming session?

While we understand the desire to observe, for safety reasons, we ask that you don’t. For the safety of your pet, we kindly request that you refrain from watching the grooming process. Pets can get overly excited, risking injury during grooming. Please understand if our groomer advises against your presence for your pet’s safety.
